  Lobby was closed at 9:20pm Asked for no ice received ice in the drink Fries were so salty they we inedible No napkins in the bag SMH.

  Never go after 5pm when the lazy teenagers get out of school. They are so lazy they don’t serve people after a certain time and lie and say their system is closed or only taking doordash orders. Meanwhile all the workers inside eating up all the food and sitting down on their phones simply because they don’t want to throw some nuggets in a bag.

  Just went to Wendy's with my mom and the customer service there is atrocious. As soon as we pulled up to the drive through, there's no proper greeting. Just "What can I get you?" Mom ordering and the guy is constantly cutting us off and being extremely rude. We go to pay and we wait for a while before he gives us our food. Mom asks for a receipt and he's like "Here." Like he couldn't be bothered. Look, I get it, not everyone likes what they do for a living. But if you dont like where you are at in your job, then dont work there. I will say, this is probably a wake up call for me to just quit fast food for a while. So in a way, I got Wendys to thank for that. But other than that, we will not be returning.

  Placed an order via drive-thru on 3/4/26. The service here is often slow and unreliable. I waited at the speaker for several minutes before the staff rudely told me to wait. When I checked in again, I was yelled at. This has occurred multiple times during visits to this location. On the plus side, my food was prepared well and came out perfect. Save your time and energy for another location.
