  They purposely make you wait in line without acknowledging you hoping you leave before you order. THEN when they finally ask what you want they list off everything you ordered and say they’re out of it hoping you leave. When you ask to order something else they’ll tell you their system is down. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else besides this place. PS. Why is this even in mayfield.

  Even if you think you're too wasted to care how bad this place is, you won't win that bet. Most of the staff is rude, unprofessional and inexperienced. The store seems to be randomly closed on a regular basis (door is locked and objects are placed in front of the drive-thru with no explanation). If the drive-thru is open, they're usually out of something or 'restocking' -which seems to mean they're just going to laugh and screw around until you finally drive away. When I hear about this location closing, it will be the least shocking news of that day

  This is one of the worst fast food locations I have ever encountered. The staff are typically unfriendly and or plain rude. They are often closed randomly and out of products. Last week it was lettuce they didn’t have. You usually have to wait extremely long even if no one else is in line. I wish there was a closer Taco Bell because I only go to this one out of desperation. This location seriously needs a huge overhaul with new management.

  Went to Taco Bell for a late dinner last night and the crew was phenomenal and the food was great! Even though they forgot our second order of chocolate chalupas the staff quickly made the mistake right. The manager that was on duty was so amazing that that crew has made this family a loyal customer of that establishment.

  A few weeks ago I went in with my friend to dine in. They took forever to make our food and I heard them saying “can these people leave already”. Then, today, I do a mobile order with plenty of time to make it. I go to pick it up and the lady hands me my food and drink and slams the window before I could even ask for the straw they forgot to give me. I drove off and came home just to start eating my burrito which I specifically put no beans. Guess what. It was filled with beans. The workers are miserable and it is clear they all hate their job and take it out on the customers. It is unbelievable.
