  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a wing store. I placed my order and was told it would take 20 minutes. After waiting nearly an hour, my order still wasn’t ready. There was no sense of urgency, no updates, and no apology for the delay. What made it even more frustrating was that the staff were not even focused on preparing orders. Instead of working efficiently, they were talking and playing around with each other while customers were left waiting. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all about customer service or people’s time. If you value your time, I would not recommend this place. Extremely slow service, unprofessional behavior, and very poor management. Definitely not coming back.

  The most horrible staff and management ever… never ordering from here again…. The ETA for the order was 15 mins earlier, got it done after 90 mins… bullshit

  ordered at 7:17pm to pick up at 8pm. when i arrived i gave them my name and the lady there had the worst attitude ever saying they didnt have an order under my name so i showed her my phone and she magically found my ticket saying she didnt see it. so i waited 40 minutes and the rude lady told the cleaning lady to “call out my name, she’s sitting over there, that girl right there” lmao and i checked the bag to make sure everything was right. the first box of tenders was right so i assumed the second would be. NOPE my order was WRONG after dealing with that ladies shitty attitude. find better employees that don’t hate their jobs because i was very calm and respectful the entire time and didn’t even mind waiting cause mistakes happen but the attitude and getting the order wrong is just ridiculous. i even tipped online and this just reminded me why i never do smh.

  Terrible food service that took forever to complete the order. Waited 3.5 - 4 hours for my order. Management has no idea how to manage orders to get the completed. There were 20+ orders just sitting on tables waiting to be picked up for over 1+ hour. Workers were just standing around not making food. There is absolutely no urgency when it comes to making the food in a timely manner.

  Been to this location multiple times and never will. If you order from this place, you may never get your food. They go as slow as they can until the place closes and then they’ll say they had no time. They have enough people to make food but they make one order at a time. Girl in the back applying lip gloss, they’re just talking and chatting instead of making food and they’re openly on their phones.
