Prepare to somehow have an awful fast food experience. The woman taking orders in the drive through is a complete jerk. She had the attitude that conveyed that anything you wanted or said was immediately making everything worse for everyone there. They were unhappy that I had a reward to redeem. I received my burger with no melted cheese and my nuggets had no sauce. When I pulled up to the window she got upset about scanning my rewards and then was upset that I was waiting for her to read me the total for the rest of the food. Absolutely no hospitality and the owner should be ashamed of how bad this Wendys is. EVERYTIME I come here it’s a horrible experience.

It's been 30 minutes and I'm still trying to get the taste of the stale overcooked meat out of my mouth I only ate it cuz I was hungry but it tasted like it's been sitting on the grill for quite a while I used to work at Wendy's when I was in high school and I remember we used to take it off the grill but it was expired and make chili meat out of it it was dry and overcooked and it was terrible I'll never eat at this location again

Absolutely ridiculous how slow this place is. I sat in line for 17 minutes waiting to get to the drive through menu, there was 3 cars in front of me. When I got to the menu board it took nearly 2 more minutes before anyone spoke up, when they did it was "good on a second" then I sat for 2 more minutes before leaving to go anywhere else. There's no way on this earth after that amount of time at a fast food drive through with 3 cars in the parking lot should take that long to get an order. I've been to Wendy's with 15 cars in the drive through and received my food in less than 10 minutes. I will never, ever go back to this location. The lack of traffic to this location at lunch time probably should have been a clue to the absolutely incompetent service and management running the place. I spent more than half of my lunch break in line for nothing!

Do not expect any basic service if it's past 7pm. Only car at 10:30pm told to wait and I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru and left. Drove away and saw employees sitting inside looking like they were asleep. Don't waste your money.
