- SFSam Farkas2 days ago3.0Placed an order via drive-thru on 3/4/26. The service here is often slow and unreliable. I waited at the speaker for several minutes before the staff rudely told me to wait. When I checked in again, I was yelled at. This has occurred multiple times during visits to this location. On the plus side, my food was prepared well and came out perfect. Save your time and energy for another location.

Don't know what the bad reviews are about been to truely trash can Wendy's. This is not one of them. The frosty machine was working, lol.

Cashier looked at me like I was from Mars, and with disdain, told me neither was available... check back in a week or 2... seriously lacking in customer service. Clearly lacking communication between corporate and the front line. Never again. No wonder they are closing hundreds of stores.
