The Manager and staff are horribly rude, have attitude, stay on phones, throw food down on the counter instead of handing it to you. They swear, yell and are just plain horrible human beings! Orders are never right and frankly I'm afraid to eat there again due to the lack of cleanliness even if the staff did change. What is wrong with the regional manager that she can't get control of this place. I have never ever been to any restaurant that can rival how bag this place is. Everyone stop spending money there and maybe they will finally do something. This Panera can only be described as disgusting through and through!
