I proceed to pull to the drive through instead and the woman working answers and says “Yes” very rudely. She didn’t even greet me, she just immediately said YES when I pulled up to the drive in. Very weird..

Every morning as i walk in to get my "regular" Grace, has me all set and ready for payment! She's is truly the friendly face that we need in the mornings. The place is always clean and the staff works efficiently to get the guest in and out. keep up the good work, guys! You all make a difference.

What's even more unbelievable is that a donut shop can't make a or have available a reasonably fresh donut or have in stock the donuts that are on their app when ordering. Then on top of it they just give you whatever the hell they want instead of what you order. It's ridiculous. I'm honestly fed up and it doesn't seem to be just this location. The one in south euclid on Mayfield is as bad. Clearly they do not give a crap. Not sure why I bother trying or even leaving feedback.
