  Food was terrible! Couldn’t eat it. First issue was waiting for rice, chicken and steak. Went home to enjoy the food I waited for and it was terrible. The rice was saturated with lime juice and the meat was flavorless. Bland, lime juice bowl. Very disappointed with Chipotle lately. A waste of money for 4 entrees that ended up in the trash. 2 stars because the customer service wasn’t terrible like most of them.

  It be all types, of stuff within the bowls felt like i was chewing on rocks. what is mixed in with the tomatoes. pls do better, the food taste better, when the kids are there working after school.

  The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Consistently has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Today I ordered one bowl for my sister in law and then asked for two more bowls. The worker complained that it was too much walking from the rice area to the toppings area and for next time to try and order them all at once. I didn’t know walking back and forth 3 feet was so exhausting. There was nobody in line behind me. They are always out of ingredients. Always have a messy dining area and the workers have the worst attitude. Never going back. Nice one

  I ordered a burrito with white rice and chicken. The guy took it upon himself to put peppers and onions on it. I told him that I didn't ask for peppers and onions so he started picking them off with his fingers. He took half the chicken off with it. When I asked if he was going to replace the chicken the manager walked over picked up the burrito and threw it out. Under his breath he said "he didn't take no damn chicken" I asked him what he said, even though I heard him. He ignored me. I asked him again. He said "he didn't take chicken." I said yes he did. I saw him. I asked him if he was the manager. He said he was. I told him he had no business being a manager. He should have been polite and apologize. He said I disrespected the employee. I laughed and asked how. He said by questioning him. I said that is not disrespecting. He then asked the employee if he was disrespected. The employee said NO! I told him I'm OK with it, the employee's OK with it, but the manager is the only one with the problem. This guy has no business being a manager. He is more interested in playing the victim rather than taking care of customers.

  This location is very convenient for me, so I go regularly. With that said, this chipotle is very hit or miss. Depending on time of day and staff you may have a good or terrible experience. Lots of high school kids work here, so their work ethic and attitude are often on the lower end of the spectrum. They also tend to run out of things fairly often, I can't count the number of times I've went and their out of sour cream, cheese, vinegarette sauce, meats, fajita veggies, etc. I only continue to go because the location is so close to where I live. With that being said this place gets 3/5 stars on their best days.
