I feel for the poor girl who was working the entire assembly line by herself with a line out the door on a recent Friday afternoon. Get some more employees in here so this place can run properly, and so you aren't working the ones who do show up into the ground.

Food is cold more times than not, portions got extremely small and the customer service isn’t what it used to be. The cleanliness and environment still remains really good but that’s all I can say. I moved onto the beachwood location where the quality is way better.
