- TSTinaRenea Smith-ConwellMar 14, 20261.0I have not been to Dunkin Donuts in several years. I decided to go since someone gave me a gift card, and boy was I disappointed. I ordered the jelly donut and as you can see from the picture I only ate the center of the donut because that was the only soft part. The edges of the donut are hard as a brick and stale. Well done much for keeping going to enjoy a donut from this establishment again, what a waste.

I proceed to pull to the drive through instead and the woman working answers and says “Yes” very rudely. She didn’t even greet me, she just immediately said YES when I pulled up to the drive in. Very weird..

Every morning as i walk in to get my "regular" Grace, has me all set and ready for payment! She's is truly the friendly face that we need in the mornings. The place is always clean and the staff works efficiently to get the guest in and out. keep up the good work, guys! You all make a difference.
