  First time coming in inside. Wow. Terrible service. Very rude customer service experience. This lady Valerie is talking to customers like we are her puppets. I like these subs for the quality of the bread and location convenient. Please, have a nice conversation with lady named Valerie about customer service. I wasn’t even greeted as I walked in . Just gave me a look.

  I wanted to order this on door dash, food looks great, but you can't get a sandwich without a side, and they upcharge for every side ($2.19 for chips I don't even want). I'm sick of hidden fees and upcharges. Owners responded so updating here. The item they are describing still says it includes a side, so it says INCLUDED in the description, but when you make the necessary choice, it adds a $2.19 charge. So regardless of their explanation, even when something is included in their menu, when you make the selection the price will INCREASE.
