  Worst chick-fil-a in the city. Food quality and consistency of always off. I’ve ordered a salad from this location and got sick with a vomiting stomach bug. Ordered a large fries and it was cold and more than half empty. And they didn’t even bother to put pickles on the sandwich. There’s no way to contact management.

  I picked my mobile thru order up & received no napkins, no ketchup, no dipping sauces, no spoon for my ice cream. Horrible experience. The guy doing the passing out of these orders this past Monday 3/16 was more focused on being quick than being accurate. Speed comes with accuracy.

  They wasted my time by not serving customers in the drive through line with any sort of urgency. I was there in plenty of time to get breakfast - by the time they attempted to serve the two cars in front of me over a 15 minute period of waiting and waiting and waiting - I was told breakfast was over when I finally reached the window. This place would rather you not get what you want after sitting in your car waiting for 15 minutes instead of simply serving their customers in a timely manner and allowing them to order what they came for. What awful management and this experience has sickened me to the point I will never waste my time at this location again. Don’t waste your time with this trash either.

  want to share an unpleasant experience involving an employee of this establishment. I work as an Uber driver. On February 28 at around 10:00 PM, I picked up a passenger at his home and drove him to his girlfriend’s workplace — this establishment. The ride ended at about 10:42 PM. After the ride, they asked if I could take them back home because the Uber price for a new trip was about $70. They offered to pay me $30 in cash instead, and I agreed. When we arrived at their home, both individuals left the car without paying. Later, on March 3, 2026, I came to this establishment to explain the situation and show video and photo evidence from inside my car. Unfortunately, I was told they could not help and the employee was not called to address the issue. This situation is not really about $30, but about basic honesty and respect for people who provide a service. If the management would like to review what happened, I am willing to provide the video and photo evidence from the ride If the management is interested in resolving this situation, I am willing to provide video evidence of what happened during the ride.”
