  Went here 3/20/26 at around 5:00pm and paid $16.51 at register for my food but card checked my account today and see that I was charged $19.51, please check your accounts when purchasing food here, I have a feeling they must be adding there own tips to receipts after patrons have paid, which is fraud.

  Walking into Charles with a friend, just wanted an Philly! expected a normal meal. Instead, it quickly turned into a horrible, hellish adventure through the deepest bottom of the world. When I stepped up to order and asked what was on a sandwich, Yesenia didn’t answer—she just grunted and pointed at the menu like I was an inconvenience. That was the first sign that something was very wrong. Still, I pushed forward and ordered a “large,” expecting a bigger sandwich with a normal side of fries. What I got felt like a cruel twist of fate—a regular sandwich paired with an absurdly large pile of fries. Confusing, disappointing, and already testing my patience. But the true descent came when I realized they forgot the ranch. When I went back up, hoping for a simple fix, Yesenia delivered the final blow: I had to pay 99 cents for it. No apology. No acknowledgment. Just cold indifference. I spent a total of $24 on a sandwich and fries!! Outrageous By the end, I didn’t just leave disappointed—I left defeated. What should have been a quick stop for food became an unnecessarily miserable experience. In this story, Yesenia wasn’t just part of the problem—she was the main villain guiding the whole ordeal deeper into chaos.
