  Avoid. I live close by and anytime I’ve been here I know customer service will be bad or I will wait forever for my order or they will send me to a parking spot and forget about me. They ran out of a product and instead of telling me they just didn’t include it hoping I wouldn’t notice? I came back in to let them know they forgot to put product in and they said they ran out. Water leaking from the ceiling. Terrible customer service.

  I wish I could give a negative 10 ordered the saja boys breakfast meal wanted orange juice told I couldn’t get it had to be soda I then asked to get a mocha coffee hot said it only came cold then asked for my receipt and was told to go to the next window when I asked for it they couldn’t find it so I went inside and complained to the manager only to get a copy of my original receipt called corporate. They pretty much said that it came with a soda and I said well, why did they charge me 298 for two small sodas when it was supposed to come with a meal?

  It took over 25 minutes for use to get 3 ten piece nugget meals. When I asked for information to contact a General Manager they informed me they do not have one. I asked for a regional manager and the only information I was given was the name Nicole. Our order was lukewarm at best. We will be avoiding this McDonalds in the future and would advise anyone thinking of stopping there to do the same

  I don't know who is managing this Mc Donald's but you need to get it together!! Waiting in the drive thur for over 30 minutes is a lot ridiculous. And if your going to have 2 drive thur lanes you need to learn to alternate, I will never visit this location again!!!!

  Arrived at 7:00 to the opening employee just getting to work. Ordered an iced caramel coffee, I got a hot coffee. Ordered a big breakfast with steak, received a big breakfast with sausage. The two medium orange juices I ordered were as hot as my hot coffee. But at least I got ice in my Hi-C 🤦🏻‍♂️ .. and y'all want $15/hr😂
