  Just ordered a BLT from this location and was pretty disappointed. I know the sandwich isn’t supposed to be toasted, but the bacon was completely cold, which really threw off the taste. I’ve had BLTs from Jimmy John’s before and they were much better than this. Also, the order process seemed a bit unorganized. I placed my order online and waited about 15 minutes, while several walk-in customers ordered and received their food before me. I understand it was busy, but the timing and flow didn’t seem right.

  Freaky fast? It took an hour for my food to arrive. I almost thought they forgot about me or delivered it to the wrong place. Food was fine but delivery, not so much.

  I think people sleep on Jimmy John’s. I’ve never had a bad sandwich here. I’ve always been able to walk in, place an order, and walk out with my food within a minute or two, tops. I once got in and out in 35 seconds, no kidding. I actually timed it! The bread is dynamite, the ingredients are fresh, and everything tastes great. I love Italian sandwiches, and tend to order a lot of those. But I recently tried the Jimmy Cubano, which was refreshing, and the Bootlegger surprised me. That roast beef was so flavorful! My family placed a big order for a New Year’s Eve party of a variety of sandwiches, and everything was fresh and ready on-time. Love JJ’s.

  Ordered the #4 and everything was perfect! I then tried the new holiday cookie and it was the BEST cookie I ever had!!!
