    Went in ordered two smoothies a wrap and bag of chips. Handed her a 50$ told me under under $30 we’re not allowed to use a 50$. Lucky for u my wife was with me pushed me aside and paid. How the hell you gonna turn a customer away over what bill they choose to pay with. U about got a ear full over it I only had 50$s on me

    The place was filthy when i walked in, that should have been my sign to turn around and go to another location. The service was horrible. The owner was just talking to the employee in the back(could hear the whole conversation)while 3 customers were waiting. After a customer yelled out to the owner(much okder lady) she got rude and snappy and said they needed to inventory🙄. This is not the first time the owner has been rude, my sister wont shop this location due to the ownership. The corporate leg needs to step in and gain control of this location, it has already given them a bad reputation!!

    The smoothie is ALWAYS watery! It's never consistent with making a simple smoothie! Peoples get offended when your telling them the smoothie you just made me was nasty!!! Remind you I order this smoothie all the time. Too chunky not mixed right or too watery. Like come on man.

    Food and smoothies are amazing, however this store needs a new and improved mobile order pickup station. Every time I go in the store it’s a different pick up system. Sometimes I’ll stand at the counter for 3 minutes before anybody even says anything to me. The staff is pleasant but the process is not efficient.
