Went a few days ago and our salad ingredients were old (brown lettuce, brown avocado, mushy cucumber) and the lettuce on my tuna sandwich was brown. Took it up to workers and they offered to remake but they said they didn’t have fresher lettuce, it was all the same batch so we declined. No other option was offered. I responded to automated review request from Panera, I received email from manager. She said I was offered multiple offers to make it right and did not take them but hopes I come back again. It will be a while.

I personally am still adjusting to this new world of limited human contact in customer service, I'm not a fan. You place your order on a computer and pick your order up at the counter all with no interaction with an employee. Overall the location served it's purpose and it was a pleasant experience.
