So I came through I got two 6pc happy meal and a spicy chicken meal and my kids are from school I’m at work I get a phone call about one of my child meal didn’t have the nuggets inside I called McDonald twice the first time I ask for a manger I explain she hang up the phone I called back again she picked up and I ask why did you hang up and she hang up again I’m not sure understand why is it so difficult for her to understand or explain to me why was my child meal didn’t have the nuggets but the rudeness of the hanging up the phone mean she does not need to be a manger for McDonald if they are operating like that then needless to say McDonald has lower it’s standards for the amount of customers service it’s goes through and I understand they are busy but again all I was asking for was a reason to why not a hang up on my face on the phone

Ordered 2 4pc strips and get 2 3pc strips. I can kinda deal with that. But when I order a bacon dbl QPC no onions or mustard. I get a dbl QPC w mayo onions ketchup and cheese. WTH!

Placed a mobile order at 10:12 just to be told to sit and pull into the pull in spots, I ordered a signal sandwich and a hasbrown and it took 15 mins? I’m on my break at work that is a 30 minute break and didn’t even get the chance to pick up my food beacuse they pulled me in the spot…. Wasted money and time for nothing..
