  So I go to pick my sister(17 years old) up and Chelsea was running after her to get a write up signed I told my sister don’t sign it because she didn’t have to and you’re just agreeing to what they say, which we understand that it will still count. Then Chelsea is going to start arguing with me like that is very unprofessional. This is not the first time this place was unprofessional. My sister (17 doesn’t drive yet, and they know she has to get rides) sent her home right after she came in I left the parking lot and had to come right back. This location is so disrespectful, unprofessional and Chelsea needs some disciplinary action. And what is corporates number because if they treat one minor like that then what about the rest? But BRANDON is always kind and polite, thank you Brandon.

  Very poor management, I pulled in the drive through today at 730 tonight for a kids meal and chicken nuggets meal as well. NORMALLY the sweet and sour sauce is with the actually kids meal , not in the bag . So I missed that and asked my guy to check the kids meal and see if sweet and sour sauce was in the meal he said no , I asked for 1 sweet and sour sauce for the kids meal . Two people yelled out ,one said it's in the meal . We pulled out the meal it was not in there so I said it wasn't in there "the manager" who had no mc Donalds visible logo shirt on it was a regular t shirt , said she put it in the regular bag , I said ok she just said it's in the meal that's what I checked it was not in there , she said very rudely and disrespectful that she herself put 3 sauces in the packet , normally they are in there but depends who packs it It was in there I said , okay , she said back very cocky okay as well I asked for her name , she refused I asked if she was the manager she said yes but I don't have to give you my name . I asked for my receipt from the lady at the window and will be calling corporate as well. Very ghetto and very rude . Had zero McDonald's hat on nor a.mv Donald shirt nor name tag , you identified yourself as a manager , but refused to give your name and as mc donalds corporate policy states if there is a dissolution and or dispute that is occuring you are suppose to release your name with your title !!!!!!!! I drove past 2 other McDonald's on Reynolds road to come out to the one in Maumee Ohio and never will I go here again at the second shift crew nor do I recommend!!!!! Very very poor management skills Honestly this was all over 1 single packet of sweet and sour , very sad . I would have just paid extra but to be that rude and nasty over one packet of sauce is beyond me ! I come here a couple times a month and have never had any issues before that's why I chose to go to this McDonald's and for the first in 14 years this won't be my first choice no more . Good customer service skills go along way especially when your a manager and the face to your store and a " role model' to the young ones who were working with you !

  Came when it said they were open. They were serving people drive thru line, and claimed to be closed.

  If switching out the bread on a sandwich is the rock in your windshield, you should look into retaking the customer service course so the clown can give you a big golden star🌟

  Horrible customer service- I understand frustration and overwhelm but you don’t be rude to people asking a question, especially parents of small children- we already are doing crowd control and trying to feed hunger before things get crazy and you as the industry professional should make it a warm and welcoming environment (yes even for McDonald’s)… This is my third ill experience and I will refrain from coming to this location.
