A problem that could have been solved in store by her just giving what was ordered through the app turned into a big scene in the parking lot causing multiple customers to feel uncomfortable and threatened, minors included in this situation. This manager could possibly be a liability to this what used to be nice franchise.

The dining room is really cute (blue and red design). Nice seating (especially if you have a large group). We went in the evening and the lighting was nice. It felt cozy. The food was fresh. The employees were extra nice. The place was very clean. This location was just really exceptional for that visit.
