The only time I ever received something incorrect from here is when I ordered on line and the Uber Driver mixed up the order. Walking into the facility and asking for the correct order was met with friendliness and professionalism. Everyone makes mistakes, but they made it right even when it wasn't their fault. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
