  We went at 6 pm on a Friday night and had no wait time. Husband ordered the house salad & Italian classic trio and he said it was good & that he’d come again. I ordered the Italian salad, fettuccini Alfredo & the salmon—-BEST salmon I ever had!! It was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Asparagus was great. The appetizer was good (and beautifully presented) but probably would try something different next time. We tried ordering the mushrooms but they were already sold out. Our waitress was pleasant and personable and the manager checked in on us. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

  Went out for dinner for my birthday. Our server was nice, and even mixed up a custom mocktail for me. Unfortunately, my food came out wrong once and my new plate was cold. Wasn’t given silverware for probably 15 minutes until after my second plate came, after I asked, the silverware had literal food on it. Took a while to get more silverware. Someone got confused and gave us another tables water and bread. We ended up with 5 waters. Everyone around us was also experiencing service issues. Manager was actively on the floor apologizing to a table for their food. Honestly, disappointed. Won’t be back. My server, and the drink she made for me were lovely.

  Impressive meal! My wife chose a special pasta with chicken and shrimp. She loved it! I had the double pork chops. Oh my!! Juicy, tender, with a nice chargrilled flavor. Our waiter knew the menu, including the specials) very well. We were deciding between a couple if entrees and he was very helpful.

  I came last night on a busy Saturday night, and let me tell you! My server, Megan, is beyond amazing. I have never been greeted by a server with not one but TWO bottles of wine offering FREE samples! What a wonderful experience! And the place was packed, sure, our food took longer than expected but Megan made sure we were never in the dark. She kept up communication and that honestly is key. I plan to have Carrabba's cater my wedding next year because of the superb food and even more so the superior experience Megan delivers! She says she works the wine dinners held monthly and we plan to start being regulars because of her! Kudos to you Carrabba's for having such an Ace up your sleeve! From beginning to end, she made the whole experience unforgettable! And even though I've been attending for YEARS, she is the only one that's ever told me about the $10 take home specials, we got 2! What a deal! Thanks Carrabba's for having someone special like Megan on your team!

  My spouse and I came tonight on Halloween. We are very easy guests, we know what we want and are typically quick in and quick out. We sat for 7 minutes after getting walked by our server twice. We order two entrees, and two soups, as well as a drink. We wait 30 minutes for our food. Then the food is wrong. My spouse is allergic to mushrooms, so we knew right away that wasn’t what they had ordered. Sent it back, still no drink from the bar. By the time his food is cooked and brought to the table it’s been another 10 minutes. The server realizes then we never got our soups, so she sends the manager over. He gives one of the worst half assed apologies i’ve ever gotten, as a restaurant manager myself i just had to laugh. Then the food runner brings us the soup after weve eaten. What a mess. The server apologizes one more time when she drops the bill. Goes to the alley between the kitchen and dining room and sits on her phone while we have had our card sitting in the bill book for 10 more minutes. She gives a better apology than the manager and that saved her tip. That was my first time at a Carrabas and definitely my last. $56 after the manager took off $10. Definitely should’ve been more but i digress. Give better service. IT WAS SLOW.
