I ordered door dash yesterday at 4:30 to avoid dinner rush. The chicken Marsala looked like both sides of chicken breast were cut off leaving about 2 bites. It looked as if it was someone’s leftover and the penne pompadoro was an over cooked pile of mush that was cold. I received 3 shrimp in the shrimp appetizer. I used to love carrabbas and would order often. This is the second meal now that has been way below its previous quality. Sadly I won’t be returning.

I got the filet which was a 36.00 steak. I ordered it medium and it came out medium rare to rare in some parts. Longhorn Steak has them beat in flavor for sure plus they're cheaper. Chicken Alfredo (we bought some for carry out) had little to no sauce so it was kind of dry. My husband got a trio meal with lasagna/alfredo/chicken parm which he said was ok but not worth the price we paid for our meals. Waitress was great though.

Made a res for Valentines Day at 11am as soon as they open, we showed up and were seated at this time we were 1 of 2 parties, there were two older ladies sitting at the bar whom were very obviously regulars as the hostess Bri couldn't seem to leave them alone. We initially ordered our drinks which took over 10 minutes, at this time there are now 3/4 parties including us. They have one main waiter, two younger ladies walking around delivering, and this very distracted hostess. By the time we order our food my cocktail is long gone, and even as a nondrinker I am seaching now for our waiter as my water and cocktail is gone. One of the younger ladies brings my partner his nonalcoholic drink, but I have to wait an additional 10/15 till I can even flag down the waiter, then another 10/15 for it then be made as he is running around from table to table, mind you we still don't have our food being the 2nd order put in. I have the upmost sympathy for a busy waiter/service worker; however offering no apologizes for things that then fall through the cracks is not acceptable, attentiveness is still important. One of the younger ladies finally brings our food out, and my partners $25 pork chop is absolutely butchered.... a side is missing, and the fries he ordered are burnt and look terrible. He legitimately chocked on a bite of the porkchop and gagged while eating. The bathrooms stunk like sewer, and when i informed the hostess that there was a trash bag blocking the bathroom door she did absolutely nothing to remedy it. Finally, we ask for our bill and give the waiter the card right away when he comes hoping for no delay....he then proceeds to make several drinks with the car, walk across the restaurant, and do several other things....we have now been here an hour and a half. My partner has a very exclusive card you can only get w a certain credit, so he was no happy to have it taken all over the restaurant especially after everything else. We finally asked for a manager who seemed very bewildered by everything, and simply offered to comp the meal we already pay for or for the next time...we clearly wont be back. A togo dessert or a partial refund would have been smarter. The hostess should have/could have easily been helping Ray be delivering drinks and checking people out instead of spending all her time with the same patrons at the bar, which doesn't look good even if you weren't busy. Overall not a good experience, they were not prepared for Valentines Day. Honestly I hope they let the hostess go, labor costs right now need to be minimized everywhere, if she isn't going do her job to the best of her ability, (help the company thrive) why not pay some 16 year old half the money to do exactly what she is doing which is bare minimum.

First time at this location, and it was the worst food I've ever had at this restaurant. My gluten-free noodles were hard, crunchy, and greasy. To make matters worse, I waited 2 hours for my food. The server kept apologizing, saying that if we had come on a different day, we wouldn’t have experienced such poor food and service, but yet my bill still reflected full price. If they had been honest when we came in and informed us that they were short on cooks and staff, we would have at least known what to expect, but I would have chosen to eat somewhere else.

My experience tonight was awful. I went out with my boyfriend’s family for a random dinner. Before we even got there, my mother-in-law made a reservation. When we got there, we had to wait 45 minutes longer than our original reservation. After we got seated at 7:45, we ordered an appetizer. My mother-in-law asked if it was gluten-free, and our waitress said yes. The food came out, and it definitely was not gluten-free. We had to wait an hour to finally order our food and get it. The meal was alright. You could tell it was rushed and had been sitting under a heat lamp. I don’t want to bash our waitress because I understand being busy and not being able to give every table your full attention, but our appetizer stayed on the table until we left. There were multiple instances when multiple of us would need refills, and she would either come to the table and not get them or say she was and we still wouldn’t get them. Either way, it was not an enjoyable experience, and I don’t think we will be going back.
