  Extremely rude staff, had a pick up order and they were so upset over nothing that they only gave me my drink

  The bathroom was locked and the service was slow and just felt out of place, very sterile. The smash burgers were GREAT!

  As a dasher I get it we might be annoying for the window person but it does not say where to go what to do. So if one of your other employees say just drive around and let them know the name than that's what I do. The older lady at the window gave such an attitude. You could have said oh it not ready please pull to such and such number. Plus is was ready shakes were melted because we waited in the line for other customers to get their stuff. Plus now this is gross they do not put a sticker on the open holes in the shakes. Now I'm not dirty or grimy but anything can fly in that or be drunk out of. Do better sonic that's gross..
