  The buffet was only ok - waited awhile for fresh pizza to come out , workers were awesome but didn't take dirty dishes off the table so they piled up. They could definitely make the buffet better if they wanted to.

  My order was delivered through DoorDash sideways and cold, calling the store redirects me to a call center that puts me on endless hold. All my pizzas were crumpled with the cheese and toppings peeled off. The delivery driver approached my house swinging the bag with a smile, and continued to smile when I opened the box to see my ruined order.

  Looking to dine in? Don't bother... this is more of a takeout than a dine-in nowadays... Absolutely no service nor service-minded people..

  Never have I ever had such horrible experience with a pizza shop. Pizza Hut! You can't standby your word of excellent pizza Everytime when you out source customer service issues. Ordered 1 3-topping (pep, bacon, green pepper) pan pizza, wings, and breadsticks through website. Got a 3rd party delivery alert and received 1 lrg pizza in 2 separate with 2 toppings (pep and banana peppers) with regular crust. I called the delivery driver and she sent me to the store. Called the store and it connected me to an outsourcing customer service who could not process a refund and attempted to transfer to the store. Was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up, then called back with the same result, on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. We ate the pizza because we're hungry but not what we wanted plus extra charged for crust. I will be taking my receipt to the store today for a better resolution!

  If your order is wrong or you’re missing food, you’re out of luck and money. I ordered online. They used a third party (DoorDash) to deliver. Part of my order was missing, so I was told to call the store. You absolutely cannot get ahold of anyone! The call routed to the call center after attempt to transfer to the store 4 times: the call center only takes orders. I was given the corporate number, that has an automated system instructing to call the store. My food was also undercooked.
