  Greated by a friendly staff, I ordered a big Mac meal. The food arrived quickly. Wow I thought this had to be pre made. I was wrong. Fresh golden fries. I bite into the first golden rod of deliciousness. Taste buds explode. Onto the burger. I'm really hungry now in anticipation for the big Mac. The fries were tasty so what about the burger? It was as if Ronald McDonald himself flew in on his personal jet to make the sandwich. Warm sesame seed buns meet my lips. The special sauce meets my tongue already preparing the prenuptial agreement for the marriage. My mouth begins squirting uncontrollably from the saliva glands. Masticating is instinctual now. I launch into an uncontrollable eating frenzy, pies, more fries, I forgot to drink. Ohhhhh the beverage. Clack crunch clack the ice machine launches into my cup like dale Earnhardt jr. On his last lap. Cola classic joins the symphony of flavors in my possession. I become flush and collapse in satisfaction. I'm awoken sometime later by the manager. "Wake up honey it's time to go" she sends me on my way with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. I'm in love

  This place is the exact opposite of Service. Someone from corporate needs to visit this location.

  Without a doubt the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a deluxe crispy chicken a plain hamburger and a couple other items. Mccrispy was regular hamburger was missing. Mistakes happen and I work in food so I try to be very patient and understanding. When I called to fix my order I was not greeted there was no “Hi thanks for calling McDonald’s how can I help you” it was just silence followed by a very rude “hello??” When I explained what happened she told me I was wrong I didn’t order the deluxe (I even clarified when she said mccrispy which is how I know that I said deluxe) did not offer any apology or attempt to remedy the situation. I almost never write reviews however as a manager at a food establishment if any of my employees handled a situation like this there would be disciplinary action. I like this location. I come here a lot and would like to see it improve.

  This McDonald’s establishment consistently ranks among the most unsatisfactory in terms of both customer service and employee treatment. The management’s lack of concern for the well-being of their customers and employees is evident. It is imperative that this McDonald’s be sold to a management team that prioritizes job satisfaction and the welfare of their workforce. A comprehensive staff overhaul is also necessary to address the current challenges and improve the overall experience for both customers and employees.

  Today we placed a curbside pickup we waited about forty minutes for our food, which was cold. The sad thing about it was there was no traffic in the drive through probably ten minutes or better, and we still waited, we waited & waited! The staff looked right at us because we were across from the drive through window, which was empty and still nothing. I had to call them and ask if our food was done, they said it would be right out, and it was still about eight more minutes before they came out with it! Unacceptable! Don't go here! I never will again!
