I placed an online order about 10 minutes ahead of time, arrived to this location to pick up the order and ended up waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Not only that but they were out of 3 (main) ingredients to make the food so substitutions had to be made, they almost forgot 2 of our drinks until I reminded them, and there was an entire build your own box missing from my order. Everything was hard as a rock, cold, and unappetizing. I could hear employees inside messing around as I waited the 20+ minutes in the drive thru. I will never, EVER be taking my business here again.

I would never recommend this store, just go to the Wales location down the street. The employees there are so much nicer and actually know how to do their jobs.
