- JTJ TFeb 19, 20182.0I got a meatball sub 2/19/18 it was toasted and prepared perfectly but when I got home and ate it there was hair inside the meatballs, The employee handled the situation perfectly when I called and had me take it back and was very apologetic. Since I didn't get her name I want her to know that she did a great job, I know that she has 5 kids if that helps LoL employee 5🌟
