Me and my boyfriend came in to grab a sub since we adore subway, first I walked into a sorta busy store. I hear a girl with red hair & glasses kinda shake her head and say to her employee that he’s got this. And she makes her sub and sits down with a guy who wasn’t an employee. She then proceeds to make us wait for our subs because the other employee was working on an online order. So we waited, then he was able to make our subs and he did an amazing job, I feel horrible for him that he had to do multiple online orders & deal with customers by himself because of an unreliable and lazy employee. The girl had red hair with glasses. I wish we could give out individual tips to the employees who are actually doing their job and care about food and customer service. That being said, the other male employee who was doing all of the work deserves a raise!
