- JSjenah sheltJan 18, 20261.0I used to visit this Dunkin regularly because it’s the closest one to my house, but lately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. It started with simple mistakes, like not knowing how to make a basic caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar. On multiple occasions, my coffee has been made without any cream or sugar at all, leaving it practically black. This morning was the final straw. I stopped in quickly for a coffee and a snack, and all of the food was completely cold. On top of that, my order was incorrect and had the wrong items in the bag. It’s really frustrating to see such a lack of attention to quality and accuracy. Unfortunately, I no longer feel like wasting my time and money at this location and will be driving a few extra miles to the next Dunkin in town!
