The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with us! The was a VERY LARGE variety to choose from, so it took mom awhile to pick exactly what she wanted. With the employees help, mom was able to get some DELICIOUS donuts, and she was EXTREMELY happy! (It was her first time at Dunkin also!) SHE LOVED IT! SO FRESH, SHE SAID! 💖

The ladies went above and beyond to acknowledge my daughter as it was her birthday. The service was fast and was delivered with a smile. The lady taking my order (I apologize for not knowing your name) is always extremely friendly and kind. Thank for all you do and all of your hard work. You made our day.

It started with simple mistakes, like not knowing how to make a basic caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar. On multiple occasions, my coffee has been made without any cream or sugar at all, leaving it practically black. This morning was the final straw. I stopped in quickly for a coffee and a snack, and all of the food was completely cold. On top of that, my order was incorrect and had the wrong items in the bag. It’s really frustrating to see such a lack of attention to quality and accuracy. Unfortunately, I no longer feel like wasting my time and money at this location and will be driving a few extra miles to the next Dunkin in town!
