My last few orders haven't been great, but this most recent one was just awful. Crust was way overcooked and hard. Asked for extra sauce on the pizzas and didn't get it. We ordered 2 specialty pizzas and barely had any toppings. I sincerely doubt I'll be ordering again anytime soon.

I advised that I had tried to place an order three or four times online and got a technical issue error associate then informed me that the “district manager” disabled online, ordering on a Friday and a holiday . I will never order from this place again and I will discourage everyone I know from ordering from this place ever again. That is horrible customer service.

It’s terrible that it’s the only pizza place in Massillon that have their own delivery drivers.. still, it’s worth the extra charge for better pizza.
