    I see a lot of other people have already complained about the attitude of the workers at this location. I ordered a small dipped cone and it was free on the app so they made it a kids cone, it barely had any ice cream, wish I would have gotten a picture, but apparently if you get something free they take it offensively and give you less. The girl blatantly said “she’s the one”. I’m the one what? I have been going to this location my whole life, I will make the extra drive to go to the one on wales now. I’m sure they’ll be happy to lose my business anyway since they just talk shit about me. I don’t even know these people, but “I’m the one” 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    Me and my ex ex-husband spend at least $50 a week at this Dairy Queen. Today I ordered four chicken strip baskets. I told the girl at the window to have a good night. She shut the window and was mocking me when I knocked on the window to let her know that I was still at the window. She continued talking about me, I asked to speak to the manager because I felt that this was very rude. The manager said she would talk to her, Her name is Jeannetta I believe. This is not customer service. Our food was horrible. We’ve never had bad food there. The chicken strips were overcooked. The fries were flimsy, and the toast was burnt. None of The sauces were correct I guess if we are more concerned about Quality then gossiping At the window, then we would not have these issues I would like someone from the corporate to contact me. Obviously, I had my phone in my hand So I recorded her. If this is being a Karen, then I’m a Karen, but I expected quality and good service and I got neither
