She shut the window and was mocking me when I knocked on the window to let her know that I was still at the window. She continued talking about me, I asked to speak to the manager because I felt that this was very rude. The manager said she would talk to her, Her name is Jeannetta I believe. This is not customer service. Our food was horrible. We’ve never had bad food there. The chicken strips were overcooked. The fries were flimsy, and the toast was burnt. None of The sauces were correct I guess if we are more concerned about Quality then gossiping At the window, then we would not have these issues I would like someone from the corporate to contact me. Obviously, I had my phone in my hand So I recorded her. If this is being a Karen, then I’m a Karen, but I expected quality and good service and I got neither
