While in line I noticed the complete filth in the back rice all over the counter top, up front every food in every direction. At the pay station food all over there as well. I thought maybe I was being harsh, they were busy for the first 10 minutes I was there. But once the crowd died down to no one many worker left and weren’t seen again. The chicken I got was so cold I was afraid of food poisoning so after a few bites I just ate some of the rice and was done. The cooks in the back were busy and stayed busy for even longer than the front but then left too. I don’t understand how a simple quick wipe down of the counter top couldn’t be achieved by a single worker there. Then I came to the reviews and wish I would have fore thought. Don’t apologize to your customers if you aren’t going to change things.
