  I really enjoyed my trip to 7Brew, but I do want to mention one serious concern how cold it is for the employees working outside. It was 15 degrees with a wind chill of 1 degree, and I genuinely felt awful for them. They looked absolutely freezing while still doing their best to provide great service. These workers deserve to be protected and taken care of. 7Brew corporate or the franchise owner needs to do better provide proper cold-weather gear like custom jackets or improve the heating system. No one should be expected to work in conditions like that. Shame on them. But overall shout out Massillon 7brew for always doing amazing work🩷

  7Brew never disappoints, but this visit was next level thanks to Matt. From the moment I pulled up, he was super friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He explained options clearly, made great recommendations, and had such positive energy that it honestly made my day better. The drink was perfect, the service was fast, and the customer service was top-tier. Matt is exactly the kind of person you want representing your brand. I’ll definitely be coming back!
