- KJKristy JonesMar 25, 20261.0Really disappointed and disgusted with my Chipotle experience. I ordered a steak bowl and there was a cockroach in it. I spoke with the manager who stated the lettuce comes fresh and if it is not washed properly then there could be bugs in it. Won’t be eating there ever again.

There will be times I’ll come in and there will be 5 employees and I won’t be acknowledged or helped for over 5 minutes. The customer service is awful. Update I was just here in March 2026 and one of the employees cussed in front of kids. Management needs a reform.
