  I am a regular Chick-fil-a customer, especially to this location since I live down the street. The food is always great, service is good, and staff is very friendly. My biggest complaint is the drive thru line. The building was made with a second lane for mobile orders but I have never once seen them use it. It's always blocked off with cones and the mobile order lane merges with the regular drive thru. I find this annoying especially considering their building's sign says if you're short on time order ahead, yet it doesn't go any faster. If it was once or twice for a short-staffed night I would understand, but it's always like that and I find it frustrating that they aren't utilizing their space.

  A chicken sandwich shouldn't have 50 ingredients. The food is practically fake. Full of chemicals. Beware of what you buy !

  Amazing service, the girl who gave us our food was super sweet! The food reminds me of the chick fil a at cedar point which was my favorite! All around best chick fil a!

  I’ve avoided leaving a review many times hoping to give this Chick-fil-A, the benefit of the doubt. However, today’s experience was the tipping point. I ordered their new jalapeño sandwich. Excited to try the new menu item. Paid for my meal waited in the line, which wasn’t so bad to get around to Pick up my food and they tell me they do not have the sauce for the sandwich. They have run out. This location struggles in multiple areas and is evident. The staff is generally friendly, but does not compare to other locations in the area. If you want Chick-fil-A, you were going to get the taste, but don’t be surprised if your experience in one way or another, less than excellent.

  I wanna start off by saying you have an employee by the name of Katherine Who is beyond nice I want to tell you about my experience. I had 3-11-26 . We pull up through the drive-through and Katherine is there to take our order. She greeted us with a friendly smile. She was very pleasant just overall absolutely amazing when it came time to pay my friend was buying lunch this day and his cards. None of his cards actually were going through. He didn’t have cash on him. I didn’t have cash. I left my wallet at home My Daughter‘s in the back of the car saying I want my french fries I want my french fries and I told her oh my God I’m so sorry I was so embarrassed. It’s never happened before I said just cancel the order. She said oh no, it’s fine. It would be my pleasure and she just took it upon herself and paid for our food. I could not believe this. I was so embarrassed but yet so grateful I called at Chick-fil-A to inform the manager what she did and I just can’t believe this she needs rewarded a raise something I called the manager and I asked if I could give her a tip. I told her I was on my way back up to the Chick-fil-A after picking up the other kids from school and getting gas and everything and I told her I had cash in the hand. She was like no we’re not allowed to accept tips but the manager was very grateful end up crying to her on the phone because this just never happened but Katherine was absolutely amazing. You have a great team member on your team, please keep her.💕 The order I placed through the drive-through the name was under Oakley. once again, please thank her for me and please tell her she did a wonderful job and definitely made my day. I will never forget this once again thank you.
