  Bartender Ryan has this unreal ability to give you main‑character energy the moment you sit down. The drinks are great, sure, but it’s the way he makes you feel like the star of the night that sets this place apart. If he’s behind the bar, you’re in for an experience, not just a drink.

  Our waitress SAVANNAH was AMAZING she was friendly , knowledgeable and offered the best experience while catching lunch I highly recommend lunch with Savannah

  It was going down hill , after they changed their chicken , southwest ranch no longer comes with ORings or cheese curds its this nasty other crap so make sure u ask for the SWR and dont be afraid to speak up about the water down draft, water down pop!!! Ur paying remember!!!

  We always have a good experience at the Massillon location. My husband and I went today and I was so excited to see that my favorite and best bartender Lisa was working. She made my bloody Mary exactly like I like it nice and spicy. Funny to because we hadn't seen her for quite sometime and thought maybe she had quit and got a new job...so HAPPY she is till there!!! She is definitely an asset to BW, and we finally found out her name today, we never knew it before. I guess we just came in days she wasn't working. The young gentleman that waited on us was so kind, and kept up with us through the entire time we was there. When an establishment has employees like them they definitely have my business. The food was delicious as usual and our experience as always was great!!! We ❤️ BW
