  Got two burgers, first one was stacked well, second not so much. I used to work at a Frischs and I can confirm this is what a burger looks like post punch. Who punched my burger up like this? Come on y'all🤣

  We stopped there about 15 minutes ago to order some food. When we tried to order inside the "manager" said that they were only taking drive thru orders because he didn't have anyone to run the front register which was no biggie. We ordered from the drive thru menu which was showing the Lunch Menu just like the one inside. We ordered by number and when we got our food it was breakfast. When we returned the breakfast items he stated that the menu was the breakfast one which it wasn't. He then proceeded to get rude and smart with us and made the comment that "you people" don't know how to read English. At thay time we just asked for our money back and while waiting for the refund he just kept running his mouth the entire time. This is what you get when dealing with ignorant people. We will never visit this location ever again.

  We came from out of town. The eating area was not clean at all. The bathrooms could've been better. The manager looked so stressed but she was very nice and efficient. She deserves a raise and someone to help keep the bathroom and dining atea clean.

  Seems they have a airflow problem. The lobby was fairly misted or foggy. Other than that the food was great and to be honest it may be the best cheap fast food chicken blt I've gotten.

  Ordered 2 kids meals with chocolate milk and fruit. Only after paying and receiving our food then we were told they were out of chocolate milk. Was replaced with a juice box, but i didnt feel like I had any other choice. Neither kids meal came with a toy. We were also given fries instead of fruit. I tried to call to explain, but nobody answered. It wasnt busy when we were there.
