  Asked for extra southwest dressing that they drizzle on top of the salad and they didn’t put any at all.

  It’s a Panera bread that has a few quirks that make it a nice sit down spot. Obviously make in the early 2010s as it’s getting to be aged out and needs a decent interior remodel. Still you come here for the average fair and that is what you get.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Panera Bread. I used a $15 reward and ordered a chicken sandwich, and I also bought one for my husband. He actually told me not to get him anything because he said it would probably be nasty—but I had just been there two days ago and ordered the exact same sandwich and it was fine. This time the food quality was terrible. The bread was soggy and the egg tasted old and not fresh at all. It was so bad that I had to drive back to the restaurant to ask for my money back. They can keep the $15.00 credit. Even if someone is using rewards or promotions, the food should still be fresh and properly prepared. This visit was very disappointing and not what I expect from Panera. The male manager issued a refund for more than I had paid. The store can't issue refunds back to your card . He basically lied to me. The food was returned and not consumed. Now, I have to reach out to my bank for a full refund and show them this receipt. Very dishonest manager. If anyone has any issues just reach out to the corporate office. They need to know about the food quality and customer service or there lack of.

  I’ve ordered from this place twice, and both times something was missing. Today, my husband ordered the Harvest Medley Chicken Salad — and there was literally no chicken in it. When he called to complain, the staff member was completely indifferent and acted as if nothing could be done simply because the order was placed through Uber Eats. That excuse doesn’t hold up. You made the food; Uber Eats just delivered it. Sending out an incomplete dish and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. Basic quality control and accountability are clearly lacking here.
