  Food was delicious. Excellent cashier. Order quickly ready. Never heard the kitchen call my order was up. Atmosphere is appropriate to the brand. Very good business of our finished plates.

  I placed a small catering order days in advance for pickup (just bagels and yogurts, about $50), upon arrival they were confused, tried to convince us that we placed our order at a different location and insinuated that we were in-the-wrong multiple times, which we were not. They rudely spoke to other employees and were hollering across the counter speaking to other staff inquiring if they knew about our 'non-existent' order, etc. in the end, they did indeed have our order, so there was no issue all along. A whole lot of mess, rudeness and instigating for a simple pickup order. Had they just been kind this would've all been fine...?

  Portions were too small. I ordered a whole salad and a half sandwich. The salad was very small and they gave me 1/2 to 1/3 the amount of greens they should have, it was also light on the cheese. It seemed like they cheated me out of a whole salad just to fit the dressing sides inside the salad to-go box. Wrong greens in the salad, bitter dark leaves instead of the romaine listed on the menu when I checked out through the app. They did successfully keep red onions out of my order like i asked. The sandwich, which I've ordered exactly the same before, seemed to be missing the chipotle sauce that's listed on the menu. It was more bland than it was previously. I paid $20 dollars, in this economy, to get a too-small and inaccurate food order. Also, when I was ordering through the mobile app, I still had 15 minutes left until the breakfast menu stopped being served at 10:30. The app would not let me check out with a breakfast sandwich, it said "unavailable" in red text. What's the point of having breakfast hours if you don't honor them anyway? If Panera stops accepting breakfast orders at 10 am or something, then put that on the menu. I should be able to order breakfast at 10:29 if it ends at 10:30. Of course it takes time to finish orders, but if you're mad about finishing up breakfast orders after a certain time, then write the actual time you stop accepting breakfast orders.
