  Horrible experience I drove to McDonald’s through the drive-through they messed up my order I went inside. They still messed up the order again the third time they told me they finally fixed it. I drove home just to find out that I had someone else’s order even though I asked for a refund multiple times they told me that they were going to make it right. I sit in the lobby for 45 minutes before someone even came to the front counter horrible service, horrible workers, especially the guy in the front that wears a yellow vest the younger one I believe he has a blue wedding ring. They need to fire him immediately. He has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in my life. I will not return there again.

  If I could give negative stars I would. Entire restaurant reeked of bathroom contents. Kiosks weren't working, asked for assistance and told to use another kiosk. The place was dirty with garbage, ketchup, and crumbs everywhere. They forgot 3 items from our order prompting a return to the counter. I would skip entering or eating inside altogether.

  Went a few minutes before 11:00 on a Sunday and waited till 11:00 to get lunch. No problem. 11:00 comes around and I order lunch. Order taker was a very nice young lady. Then everything from there was horrible. All the tables are filthy, floor dirty, no lids for the drinks. I go up and wait for my food thinking it's 11:00 it should be freshly made. NOPE, food was cold and disgusting like it had been sitting around for an hour. How could that be if they just started making it. I was going to complain, but there was a line of customers just waiting to complain about other issues. Manager seem to not really care. Stay as far away from this McDonald's as you can.

  Stopped here for a cup of coffee and a smoothie. Waited 7 mins in the drive thru, and received a lukewarm cup of coffee and a medium smoothie that was only 2/3 full. Don’t waste your time going here. Staff is lazy and doesn’t care

  I visited this Friday night, 6:50/7pm. To start off, I placed my Front Counter Mobile order 10 minutes before I came in and waited another 15 minutes once I got inside. I understand any busyness as I also work in fast food, but I was on a time crunch, ironically on my own break from down the street. Meanwhile, 4 minors around my age were messing around in the lobby. One was shoeless and pantless, don't know what that was about. They were going in an out of the kitchen; I mention this because I saw 2 packs of cookies (what I ordered) thinking they were mine be put into a bag. One of the boys proceed to not check, but just grab the bag and take it for himself into the lobby. I was told I would get new cookies, I asked how long it would take, and the girl proceeded to ignore me to speak to someone else. She ended up answering 2 minutes, and then one of the boys comes around the corner in less than a minute and told me there were about 6 cookies. I had originally ordered 4, so that was mildly appreciated, but they were also a little crunchy while they are notoriously known for being soft and gooey. Me and my friend left immediately to her car and were absolutely incredibly horrificly flabbergasted by this experience. Never once have I seen my own annoying co-workers act like this. I hate to leave a bad review, but what just happened.
