  Never have I had someone deny selling me a sub because “someone else might come in and order”. The manager on duty refused to sell me a ham and cheese sub because someone else might come in later and want a sandwich. When I told her how ridiculous that was she kicked me out of the restaurant.

  When they took my order, they made no indication that they were finishing a large catering order and that I would be standing there waiting for my sandwich for 15 minutes.

  The woman working with two younger boys was insanely rude to both customers and the poor guys trying to help her make sandwiches. There was only 3 of them working which makes sense because I wouldn’t want to work with her either.

  1 star – Absolutely do NOT order from here via DoorDash during busy hours As a DoorDash driver, I waited 50 full minutes inside this restaurant today just to get one order. The worst part? They literally finished making and handing out every single order from customers who came in after me (walk-ins, phone orders, etc). I politely asked multiple times for an update, only to get rude, short answers like “Not ready yet” with attitude. Because of this, my customer didn’t get their lunch until well after 1 p.m.—their lunch break was already over and they couldn’t even eat it anymore. I also wasted my entire midday block standing around accomplishing almost nothing. If you’re thinking of ordering DoorDash from this place when it’s busy, just don’t. Pick a different restaurant or go somewhere that actually respects delivery drivers and customers’ time. Terrible experience.

  We ordered carryout through the app. The food was ready at exactly the time promised. The 3 sandwiches were made exactly as ordered. The bread was very good. The turkey sandwiches were ok.
