    I am unbelievably upset. I placed an order on Saturday, November 15, at 1:15 am, for a Crispy Chicken BLT Biggie™ Bag with a Frosty and a Cinnabon® Pull-Apart for delivery. However, there was NO Frosty and NO Cinnabon when the food arrived. I guarantee you, the workers decided to simply not provide me with these parts of my meals because they didn't feel like dealing with the mess so close to closing. This needs to be dealt with by management. I've also worked in food service before, but if you cannot take/make orders after a certain point, then don't let me waste my time and spend my money. Ridiculous. Also, I asked for spicy nuggets, I got regular, and I asked for pickles on my sandwich, but there were none. Please deal with your employees.

    I realize that service iw changing a lot and that those willing to work in the industry is harder to find but still, I expect some level of kindness and care. This Wendy's is my closest and most often sought out. That said, they are nearly always very curt, short worded, and borderline rude. From the greeting at the drove thru being drab and sounding like I've bothered them, to the simple task of saying things like thnak you or please or cracking any form of a smile, this place seems to often lack in all these areas. It's consistent enough that I wonder if the leadership might be the issue? That I dont know, but I do know that every team and leader has the choice to grow or to not care. I hope this helps them choose the former. Again, I know the challenge of this industry because it's wide spread and not the same as when I did it, but there are some basics I think we can still expect from people.

    First, literally no one is impressed by you blasting rap music from your phone through the drive-thru speaker, especially when you aren't getting the order right. I heard Mike Jones way clearer than the lady taking my order. Food was OK, chicken sandwich had brown, wilted lettuce. Forgot my sauces.

    If you choose to eat here, be careful. My children and I ate here late night after a spontaneous ER trip to the Children’s Hospital, we all got nuggets and fries. My daughter and I woke up the next morning with food poisoning. My son, who did not want to eat his food, did not get sick so that made it apparent that it was obviously food poisoning my other child and I had. The food didn’t taste bad, it was actually pretty decent. So my only guess is that the food wasn’t stored properly before cooking or somehow became contaminated very soon afterwards.
