Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was top-notch, especially on a hot Saturday in the middle of May! I saw them preparing ice-cold water cups and putting them on trays for everyone to grab. Wish they could expand to more locations past the Cincinnati metro, but always looking forward to another grilled cheese sandwich when visiting Kings Island.
