- KWKenneth WilsonDec 16, 20251.0I’m was at the door at 8:55 PM. The publish closed time is 9 PM. 🙅♀️ A woman came running at me, making an X sign screaming we’re closed we’re closed! I asked what time do you close? She said 9 o’clock. I said it’s not 9 o’clock yet. She said I live an hour away and I’m trying to get out of here. I am a former Chick-fil-A franchisees and I understand customer service. I’m never going back. I wonder what the cut off is to get a sandwich? They should publish that time.

I never go in and always do curbside. The one time I come in, this woman is rude and acts like she can’t open her mouth and speak to me. You are an adult. If you don’t want to do your job. Go get a a new one!!
