Both locations were out of baguettes and refused to offer any other bread, even though plenty of breads and bagels were visible behind the counter near closing that would likely be disposed of. For a brand called “Panera Bread,” this lack of common sense flexibility was disappointing enough to make us consider other restaurants and we took our business elsewhere.
