    I’ve ordered from this place twice, and both times something was missing. Today, my husband ordered the Harvest Medley Chicken Salad — and there was literally no chicken in it. When he called to complain, the staff member was completely indifferent and acted as if nothing could be done simply because the order was placed through Uber Eats. That excuse doesn’t hold up. You made the food; Uber Eats just delivered it. Sending out an incomplete dish and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. Basic quality control and accountability are clearly lacking here.

    The set-up of this Panera is not at all welcoming, catering only to people who want a fast in/out, avoid-contact-with-humans experience. You’re expected to know what to do - no signage. You have to walk up to a screen - not a person - to place your order. If you have questions, you’re on your own. After placing your order, you’re supposed to go to the pick up window on the other side of the restaurant - again, no signage. Questions? Fuggetaboutit. We live five minutes away and drive to a different Panera 20 minutes away because it’s not for us.

    Absolutely worst experience at a Panera in the country. Walked in and nobody was working the front counter at 8:45 in the morning. After I walked around for two or three minutes, I found somebody walking out of the restroom and told him I would like to check out. They said I would be up there in a minute. After waiting at the counter for three minutes, the same person I seen coming out of the bathroom, met me up at the counter and persisted to hurrying up through my order. As much as it cost to eat here. I would expect a little higher level of service. But who cares.
