Today, my husband ordered the Harvest Medley Chicken Salad — and there was literally no chicken in it. When he called to complain, the staff member was completely indifferent and acted as if nothing could be done simply because the order was placed through Uber Eats. That excuse doesn’t hold up. You made the food; Uber Eats just delivered it. Sending out an incomplete dish and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. Basic quality control and accountability are clearly lacking here.

You’re expected to know what to do - no signage. You have to walk up to a screen - not a person - to place your order. If you have questions, you’re on your own. After placing your order, you’re supposed to go to the pick up window on the other side of the restaurant - again, no signage. Questions? Fuggetaboutit. We live five minutes away and drive to a different Panera 20 minutes away because it’s not for us.
