I brushed it off but then when I was waiting for my food, I saw how he was talking to the other employees… very condescending and bossing people around when he wasn’t even making the food. I noticed the distress from the other employees and I feel for them. I know how a toxic work environment can be and I hope Panera can see this and do something about it..
