I purchased a pomegranate iced tea for pickup and when I went inside on the shelf was just the cup and a piece of paper. I went up to the desk to inquire about a straw and the person working there directed me by pointing his finger to another counter, even farther away saying the straws are over there. If I order a drink, why would a straw not be included in my drink? I frequently go to Milford and Crestview hills locations. I've never had to go looking for a straw. But secondly, worst of all the tea was very watery. It did not taste like it normally does so not only has the customer service been displeasing at this location, the tea itself after I took the first sip went right into the trash. I wasn't even going to bother to tell the person behind the counter how watered down their tee was because they didn't even want to help me with a straw. So what would be the point?
