Took 20 minutes to get chicken fingers and fries which it was busy so we didnt care. We ordered our food 10 minutes after ordering his. After 30 minutes our server said it should be right out. Another 20 minutes still no food. We eventually asked for it to be boxed up so we could just take it home, apparently this is all we needed to do because it came out immediately. As soon as I got home I opened my pasta to warm it up and eat surprise there was no sauce on it just dry pasta and chicken. Paid 80 dollars to sit in a booth and not eat my meal then I get home and still cant eat it. Spoke to a manager and he offered 10 dollars off at first until I pushed back. Normally have had a great experience at this location but this was just ridiculous. There was also an extremely rude blonde woman bringing drinks to tables that we asked for a refill since we hadn't seen anyone else in a while and she sighed and rolled her eyes. When she brought the drink out to my son he said thank you and she said "suuuuuuurreeeee" while walking away. Awful experience overall but at least the manager took accountability for how bad it was.

- NNniaNov 2, 20255.0my friends and i went here for dinner after going to kings island all day and it was a great experience. our server, dylan chillin’, was very attentive to our table and overall he had a great vibe and superb aura. would 100% recommend coming here again. also, they told us we could stay after closing which ofc we wouldn’t for the staff’s sake but it’s a good example of how friendly and welcoming everyone was.
