  Chicken looked like someone beat it with a hammer and left it in the street. It was paper thin and dry as jerky. Our baked potatoes were small also, they have a tiny smear of sour cream and I could count the bacon bits on one hand. Sent the chicken back and two in my party didn’t even eat their dinner. We ate Saturday, I am sick my two boys were sick last night and wife was sick yesterday. You would think that if you were going to drop 200 bucks on dinner for 6 someone would be able to make some decent food. I will never return. This is a prime example of prices increasing and quality going down the crapper. All that they want is your email and phone number so they can sell that and squeeze as much out of a customer as possible.

  Traveling from Cincinnati to Columbus on Saturday night, we chose Outback Steakhouse to have dinner and called ahead to make sure they had seats. We sat at the bar and quickly realize that they were having problems in the kitchen which resulted in problems for customers. It took a while to have the power cleaned in front of us. We finally got our drinks and then had to wait a while for dinner. Buy medium steak was very rare and I had to send it back to spend a little more time on the grill. My dining companion was less thrilled with the way that she had been treated. I hope they get this straightened out spirit

  Melissa and Armando were amazing!! Armando is the owner and he came around and spoke to us and everyone in the restaurant. He knew his servers names and was very nice. Melissa was the best server we have had in a long time.

  Awful location. Started off, after being sat we didn’t get any service for a while just to order our drinks. Less than 7 tables total in the entire restaurant were filled. She finally got our drink order and disappeared for another 15 minutes without drinks. A completely different server bright them to us. We ordered our food and received Mac and cheese with black hair in it. Which she did have black hair, however I’m not strictly saying it was from her. But everyone at my table had blonde or light brunette hair. I informed her and instead of apologizing she goes “huh yeah there is.” Very unprofessional and lazy and extremely disappointed in not only the location but the restaurant entirely .

  This review is for a takeout order where they pretty much managed to get everything wrong with it. So if you get anything out of this review, make sure you check what you receive thoroughly. Items ordered: Bloomin Onion: Received but was soggy like it had been sitting there a while in the container. Toowoomba Salmon: Received but was missing the vegetable side and the salad came with the wrong dressing. The salmon was also dry and overcooked. Toowoomba Pasta: Received but only with chicken and not chicken and shrimp as was ordered. The chicken was dry as a bone and there was hardly any pasta sauce. Alice Springs Chicken: Received but without any honey mustard dressing which kind of makes that dish and again the chicken was dry. Side was incorrect with just mashed potatoes and not loaded mashed potatoes as was ordered for an up charge. As you can see, pretty much everything had an issue and reflects on the lack of discipline or dedication of the workers at this location to ensure meals ordered meet exactly the quality and criteria expected. People spend their hard earned money on this and based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
