    Birthday dinner with my family. Got online to make a reservation and online it’s only a holding Then it says to make sure to call for a reservation so I did made reservations for 6 PM when I got there they said I would have to wait 25 minutes so while I was waiting, another large group came in and was seated right away at a table. So their reservation worked, but not mine then I was told that there is no reservations by one lady. So there was a table in the back, and apparently the people had been there since four. It was now 7 PM and they were cashed out and just sitting. I told the lady to get the manager because the protocol is once customers are cashed out not to hold a table down when you have a restaurant full of people . Long story short, my reservation was at six was not seated until seven. we were given good service at the table and free appetizers but I would’ve rather bought my own appetizer and got in at 6 o’clock as planned. I realize it takes a lot for a restaurant to run smoothly. But they need to step up their game. I was there at 5:45with a reservation. And to have another group of people seated before me is unexcused . Then for them to say that they don’t even do reservations well, you better change your website and when you called to make a reservation and the girl says yes, you have a reservation sounds to be that’s a reservation! I will never return .

    I ordered online, and when I pulled into curbside pickup there was a sign stating to use the link I was sent to let them know I arrived. I was a few minutes early, so had not yet been sent a link. To my surprise, they came out with my order at the exact time my order was supposed be ready according to the website. I did not even have the link sent to me yet. 10/10 service and quality of food.

    Horrible experience for take out . They didn’t even get the blooming onion hamburger right . I asked for no tomato and they still put it on and didn’t even get the sauce on the burger and the food was in absolutely mess when I opened it . Then the sweet potatoe literally looked awful and opened it and this is how it looked . On top the steak was chewy and not even made the correct way . Horrible service . Never will eat here again and would give zero stars if I could . A total waste of money .👍

    Melissa, our waitress was excellent, she is doing a great job with knowing the product and engaging with us the customer. Such a positive attitude towards the customer and the food

    Very disappointing experience as that’s usually not the case here. Our server was absent most of the time. Walked past our table many times while we had empty cups. Charged us for extra sauce that was never brought to the table. Steak was cooked terribly, even after sending it back. Couldn’t request the extra sauce, refills or get the steak fixed for a second time because the server then was gone for 20+ minutes. The food took forever, which I know wasn’t her fault, but she never came by the table to see if anything was needed. Wasn’t worth getting the check fixed because that took forever to come and would likely take even longer to get it fixed. Again, just very disappointing and frustrating from a place that’s usually not this bad.
