They didn’t even apologize when I went inside to show them. Just walked away. When she did come back out she handed me a new cup and told me to have a good day. I will never be back to this location.

I asked for coffee with cream and sugar, they gave me plain black coffee. The workers were busy talking with each other that they failed to see the instructions on the coffee cup, I guess. Either that or they can't read English. The lady was speaking in Spanish as she was handing me my order. I assumed she was on the phone because she indicated she wasn't talking to me. Just very unprofessional.

- DADan ActonNov 2, 20251.0Miserable. Lobby cashier couldn’t finalize order so female mgr called over. She then told me to order on kiosk. I said I wanted to order at a register because I hate their kiosks. I suggested the register on right side and she said “that’s for the drive thru!” (Drive thru is on opposite side of bldg with their own registers) I went to kiosk & of course it was broken. (Refused to take any credit cards and you’re forced to choose brand of soda even though it’s self serve: Coke Zero on machine, but not a choice on kiosk) Finally got food and fries were way over salted, tough, & chewy. Big Mac bun looked darker that my leather shoes and just as appetizing. Beef patties on Big Mac look like they e shrunk again. Bun a lot larger than patty. Canned music in lobby and bathrooms made table conversations difficult. Booth type tables were bolted to floor and seating designed for 300 pound customers. Avg size person or kids have to sit on edge of seat to get near tables. Ketchup pumps by soda fountains both out. Location needs a good cleaning. Only nice touch was great Halloween decorating.
