Now i have worked in similar environments before and i understand that you have to speak up to be heard but they were just yelling and making wrong answer noises and honestly it was just a little much. But other than that keep up the good work your chicken miles ahead of canes and Dave’s hot chicken.

When I visited, it was a bit busy, but the staff were polite and doing their best. Unfortunately, the food was a huge disappointment. One of the chicken wings I received still had a very large feather attached to it. This was honestly shocking and disgusting — I’ve never seen something like this served at a restaurant before. This is a serious food preparation issue and completely ruined my appetite. Cleanliness and basic quality control should never be compromised, especially with poultry. Because of this experience, I don’t feel comfortable coming back. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their food inspection process.
