We ordered carryout through the app. The food was ready at exactly the time promised. The 3 sandwiches were made exactly as ordered. The bread was very good. The turkey sandwiches were ok.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE! They dont have drivers and use 3rd party apps to deliver food. I waited 45 minutes before calling and they said no one had been sent to pick it up. Furthermore, they consistently get sandwich customization wrong, and their attitudes can be prickly. I am genuinely amazed that corporate let's this place keep their franchise, given how poor they treat their customers, and apparently employees, given that they can't keep a delivery driver on staff long enough to not need 3rd party apps. HEY JJ CORPORATE, JUST YANK THEIR FRANCHISE ALREADY! They've already cost you one loyal customer, and based off these reviews I'm seeing, I ain't the only one.

I was in tonight and watched an employee aggressively verbally attack another customer over a cookie. The customer thought a cookie was included in the combo but instead of just informing him the employee aggressively approached him and told him “ give me my cookie back bro” it was very uncomfortable and I thought he was going to get physical with the customer who was surprised and and really just misunderstood the combo. It felt very unnecessary, uncomfortable and a bit scary. I felt very bad for the young couple who were verbally attacked. It looked like they had planned to eat there until the altercation as was I, however we all left instead. I don’t think I’ll be back if I have to worry about violence over a cookie.

I ordered a combo, didn’t realize the cookie was an up charge because I wasn’t told. I grabbed one while waiting for the food and the cashier came back up to me aggressively demanding for it back. I tried to explain I didn’t know, but he just said “yeah” and walked off. Just a simple misunderstanding turned into a very uncomfortable environment by the worker.

Make sure you tell them no onions at the register. Empty store and employee (young lady) gave me hard time about no onions.
