- AFAndrew FeinblattJan 29, 20261.0Enough is enough. Too many bad experiences at this Dunkin. I don't like posting negative reviews, but can no longer hold back. My typical order is a small coffee with one cream and one sugar. It's not a difficult order. I do not understand why it takes 10-minutes to pour a cup of coffee, especially when the person at the counter isn't doing anything else. Today was extra special. After 10 minutes of shopping and then waiting, still no coffee. Thankfully a drive-through employee behind the counter finally asked if I was waiting on an order. The person who made my coffee chose a cup with a damaged lip. By the time I got to work, about a third of the coffee was on my coat, my shirt and in my lap. There's just no excuse for the poor service. I just don't understand. Thankfully we have other coffee options close by.

I told the lady that there was only nine and she had an attitude with me because I counted. I ordered a 10-piece so I expect a 10-piece. Especially if I'm splitting it between kids. The young lady was very rude and was mouthing me to her co-worker how I needed an extra donut and how it was rude that I counted. I was very short to come across this type of customer service. You would think that she would understand if you pay for a certain amount you should give that amount.
