- DDdeneenswFeb 3, 20261.03rd strike - done with this location. Every time I've come to this location, I feel like an inconvenience. Today was 2nd time I've asked for fresh rice. I was pleasantly accommodated the 1st time (they would have had to scrape the sides to make my order and rice was clearly dried out). The ONLY time in past 6 months, on average twice a week, that the service didn't rub me wrong. Today, after waiting too long for someone to even come to the counter, I asked if any fresh rice would be available soon. The container was about 3/4 empty, again dried out appearance, and I was getting 3 bowls. 'Nah, that's all we got.' 2 1/2 hrs before closing. I thanked her, left and drove to the next closest location. Her facetious, 'you a nice evening' wasn't missed. Ironically, my family member unnecessarily told me to pay attention to the food from their own experience. I basically assume that workers who appear comfortable with their unprofessional behavior aren't concerned with reprimand or repercussions, but I'm making you aware of my experiences nonetheless.
